Mathematical Research Institute

Research focus

The Institute studies the mathematical structure of physical reality. The current research programme concentrates on cosmology — specifically, on which claims about the universe rest on direct observation and which on framework postulates.

Three lines of work are open in Volume I. The redshift folio examines the inference from spectral shift to recession velocity, separating the laboratory transfer from the cosmological extrapolation. The dark-sector folio traces the residual structure of the ΛCDM mass-energy budget back to the observations and postulates that define it. The singularity folio examines the FLRW backward extrapolation and the framework boundary at t = 0.

Subsequent volumes will extend the audit to other parts of the physical-theory stack. The institutional commitment is to source-grounded, claim-level work — not to advocacy of any alternative framework.
